Description

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Plan and execute initiatives and projects tailored to specific segments.
  • Product Penetration: Drive efforts to increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement innovative retention strategies to deepen client engagement and minimize churn.
  • Proposition Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and enhance segment-led propositions that meet client needs.
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on segment performance, analyzing data to identify trends and suggest actionable areas for improvement.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market landscape insights and analytics to ensure our business remains competitive and relevant.
  • Process Improvement: Implement new capabilities and refine internal processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with products and services for HNW and affluent segments.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Creative with ability to think outside the box to find solutions to overcome challenges.
  • An eye for analytics, with the ability to extract insights from data and then present them with clear conclusions.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
