  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Plan and execute initiatives and projects tailored to specific segments
  • Product Penetration: Drive efforts to increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement innovative retention strategies to deepen client engagement and minimize churn
  • Proposition Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and enhance segment-led propositions that meet client needs
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on segment performance, analyzing data to identify trends and suggest actionable areas for improvement
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market landscape insights and analytics to ensure our business remains competitive and relevant
  • Process Improvement: Implement new capabilities and refine internal processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
