Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across MT, TT, and E-Commerce channels.
- Ensure the sales team meets volume, revenue, and profitability targets in line with business objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with key retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to optimize sales performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of performance excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the FMCG Food & Beverage sector, with a strong background in MT, TT, and E-Commerce.
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving business growth in domestic markets.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Fluent in Thai and English; Thai nationality preferred.
