Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in user-experience software development.
• At least 10 years in relevant business, technology and/or digital commerce.
• Strong knowledge in banking products and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of digital products.
• Establish product vision and convert into a concrete strategy.
• Drive product strategies to enhance user experiences.
• Create and maintain the team's roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in the design and implementation of digital solutions.
