Your new role

In this leadership role, you will directly impact the business by utilising your legal capabilities and connecting directly with the president of litigation. You are also expected to contribute to the growth of the business through strategising and problem-solving, thereby shaping your legacy within the company.

What you'll need to succeed

• Manage the Group's litigation and regulatory dispute matters, providing cost-effective and efficient legal services and strategies to meet the Group's needs.
• At least 6 years PQE post-qualification experience in law firms or as in-house Legal Counsel.
• Direct and manage litigation and regulatory dispute matters, minimizing reputational risk.
• Provide accurate, timely, and practical legal advice to the Bank's business units and branches.
• Organise system flows within the department and unit.
• Create solutions by tailoring and structuring product packages to meet client needs for mutual benefit.
• Excellent career support and leadership training.
