Responsibilities include planning, writing, and editing to effectively communicate our mission. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Mandarin and familiar with popular editing software, showcasing creativity and strong planning skills in their work.
Collect news materials, plan news content, and gather event and character case data.
Draft news frameworks, participate in monthly editorial meetings and daily news discussions.
Coordinate and confirm schedules for news recordings, short films, and interviews.
Arrange recordings and interviews, write news drafts, and organize narration recordings.
Edit news and short films, add special effects, music, subtitles, and images.
Review and upload finished products to online platforms and Da Ai TV.
Archive edited videos and write scene notes, covering event news, character news, special reports, and regional news from Southern Malaysia.
Collect data and plan content for short films.
Draft scripts for short films and participate in editing meetings.
Work includes creating event short films, promotional videos, and human bodhi projects (Monday to Friday).
Manage scheduling for the machine director during large-scale events.
Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication or related field.
Proficient in Mandarin writing, with basic listening and reading skills in Malay and English.
Familiar with editing software such as Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
Knowledge of Chinese computer typing.
Strong planning and writing skills, with experience in conducting interviews.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling.
Ability to plan programs, meet deadlines, and manage costs and quality.
