Job summary

PUMA Sports Goods Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to drive compelling in-store presentation across channels. You will develop and enforce VM guidelines, visit stores, and report on execution standards to elevate team capability.

The role focuses on store experience initiatives, including window displays, props, posting, budget tracking, and guiding store layouts and zoning. Strong graphic design support and knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop are required.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in sports, fashion, footwear, or apparel.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Execute VM planning and in-store execution including RESEC launch with effective store zoning.
• Creative use of graphics and props to enhance brand presence; provide window display and poster/POPs support.
• Track and control VM budget and display capacity; plan store layouts and zoning; assess effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally for seasonal campaigns, trade shows, and in-store training of VMS.
