Job summary

PUMA Sports Goods Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft retail visuals, windows, and in-store communications. You will ensure brand consistency, collaborate with VM, Marketing, and Retail, and drive projects to completion on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field and at least 2 years of concept visual merchandising or graphic design experience, preferably in retail or wholesale. Based in Malaysia, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Creative Multimedia, Advertising or relevant studied.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in concept visual merchandising or graphic design, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and develop visual materials for retail stores, including windows, in-store communications and print graphics. Coordinate execution while adhering to specifications and ensuring strong design quality, brand consistency and executional feasibility.
• Translate and adapt brand and campaign direction into compelling retail experiences. Challenge repetitive solutions, introduce fresh creative ideas and ensure designs remain relevant to the brand guidelines and consumer expectations.
• Design and create window and in-store collateral and promotional signage, ensuring deadlines are met. Work closely with VM, Marketing, Retail and external partners. Communicate design concepts effectively, manage timelines and independently drive projects to completion.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Creative Multimedia, Advertising or relevant studied.
