Cross functional communication and alignment among departments for seasonal store campaign, pop up stores, in-stores event, activation and other projects.
Able to enhance customer shopping experience by translating brand image, corporate directive and strategies into a sales-driven environment.
Provide training and guidance to retail team to guarantee a clear direction on every seasonal/non-seasonal change.
Implement a creative yet sales-driven space planning, through effective planogram, props arrangement and creative window display.
Responsible for seasonal/non-seasonal poster visuals change.
Able to analyze underperforming categories and propose change of display to improve performance through visual presentation.
Constantly update on fashion and visual merchandising trends to properly adapt/create fresh ideas into BONIA brand visual display.
Produce generic VM guideline and share/train retail team as a daily store VM maintenance guide.
Understanding and analyzing customer psychology, demographic & behavior to create more effective merchandising.
Assessing the effectiveness of visual merchandising and making adjustments as needed.
Conduct a yearly stock take with VM team members for all VM props and update the inventory list.
Responsible to manage new/re-ordering props and window installation cost within budget given by the manager.
Able to build a strong vendor base, negotiation skills and constantly upgrading knowledge on VM props materials and installation methods.
Requirements
Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Exhibition Design, Visual Communications or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experience in visual merchandising or shop display.
Experience in fashion retail industry would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software.
Resourceful, self-motivated, self-starter.
Possess own transport and willing to travel alone and after mall operating hours.
