You will bridge online inquiries through Instagram and WhatsApp with on-ground venue execution, recruit crowd fillers, manage VIP guest profiles, and maintain vibrant energy on busy nights.

At Desire Limitless, we curate high-end, exclusive nightlife experiences. As our Hostess, you are the key brand ambassador, setting the tone for our guests from the moment they inquire to the moment they step into the venue.

You will bridge online social engagement with on-ground nightlife execution: converting table inquiries, recruiting crowd fillers, managing VIP guest profiles, and ensuring vibrant venue energy every night. If you are confident, charismatic, well-spoken, and thrive in nightlife scene, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Drive Inquiries & Table Bookings

Manage incoming inquiries across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and hotlines regarding table packages, bottle menu, and cover charges. Seamlessly convert leads into confirmed table reservations.

Crowd Activation & Atmosphere Building

Actively recruit and coordinate models, hostesses, promoters, and crowd fillers via Instagram/social media to ensure tables are activated and venue energy is high on both peak and off-peak nights.

VIP Guest Database & Preferences Management

Maintain a structured database (Google Sheets/Excel) logging guest spending history, favorite bottle preferences, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties) to proactively pitch packages.

Keep track of external agents, promoters, and ambassadors to monitor sales attribution and evaluate who is driving active paying guests.

Conduct pre-weekend headcount verification, confirm table allocations and guest arrival times, and pass confirmed details to the floor operations team.

Post-Event Retention & Follow-up

Follow up with past spenders for feedback and re-engage inactive VIP guests with priority table privileges and special perks.

Who We Are Looking For

Background in nightlife, luxury lounges, F&B, high-volume cocktail bars, or event hosting in Malaysia.

Well-groomed, elegant, highly confident, and articulate with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficient with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic spreadsheet management (Google Sheets / Excel).

Resilient under pressure, highly responsible, and fully flexible to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays aligned with club operating hours.
