Job summary

PRESTASI MEWAH HOLDING SDN BHD in Kajang, Selangor is seeking a reliable Personal Driver cum Bodyguard to safely transport the employer and family, while providing discreet security.

The role requires experience in VIP protection, a clean driving record, and flexibility to travel, weekends, and outstation trips. Ex-Army/Ex-Military background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ex-Army, Ex-Police, Ex-Military background highly preferred.
• Experience in VIP protection or executive protection is encouraged.
• Valid driving licence with a clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive employer, family members and authorized personnel safely to destinations.
• Provide daily transportation for work, personal, business and appointments.
• Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained; perform basic checks.
• Conduct regular checks on fuel, tyres, engine oil, brakes and other basic conditions.
• Arrange scheduled servicing and repairs as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding employer’s personal and business matters.
• Provide personal security and ensure safety during travel.
• Assess potential security risks and stay alert at destinations.
• Assist with luggage and other duties; be flexible with hours and travel.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Driver cum Bodyguard.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the employer, family members and authorised personnel safely to and from designated destinations.
• Provide daily transportation for work, personal, business and other appointments.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained and in good operating condition.
• Conduct regular checks on fuel, tyres, engine oil, brakes and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Send the vehicle for scheduled servicing, inspection and repairs when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and business matters.
• Provide personal security and ensure the safety of the employer and family members when travelling.
• Remain alert and assess potential security risks during travel and at destinations.
• Assist with luggage, personal belongings and other reasonable duties when required.
• Be flexible with working hours, including weekends, public holidays and outstation trips when necessary.

Requirements:

• Ex-Army, Ex-Police, Ex-Military, or former security personnel is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in VIP protection, close protection, security operations, or executive protection are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Possess good security awareness and situational awareness, with the ability to identify and respond appropriately to potential security risks.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Experienced as a Personal Driver / Bodyguard / Security Personnel is an advantage.
• Physically fit, alert and responsible.
• Good knowledge of roads and navigation around Klang Valley.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Trustworthy, punctual and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel when required.
