In a dynamic and fast-changing environment, we are looking for a VIE Analyst to join our energy strategy team in Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to work on key issues related to the energy transition.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the Malaysian energy market continuously, identifying trends, key players, and innovations.
2. Analyze competitors' strategies and assess their impact on the market.
3. Conduct in-depth market research to identify development opportunities in renewable and low-carbon energy sectors.
4. Assess government policies and local initiatives influencing the energy sector.
5. Collaborate with in-house teams to develop project briefs for low-carbon projects, including technical, economic, and environmental analyses.
6. Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• A master's degree in economics or business is a plus.
• Technical skills include: experience in a similar role (internship or job), knowledge of economics, finance, engineering, and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
• Languages: French level B2/C1.
