About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports both internal initiatives and external campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, is technically proficient with video equipment and editing software, and understands how to create content that resonates across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots for a variety of content types, including corporate branding, social media, promotional campaigns, and internal communications
• Operate and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment on set
• Edit video content to professional standards, including sequencing, color correction, audio balancing, and pacing
• Integrate motion graphics, typography, sound design, and other post-production enhancements as needed
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to align video output with brand messaging and campaign objectives
• Manage and archive media assets and project files in an organized, accessible system
• Maintain consistency in visual standards and quality across all video outputs

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
• Working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics tools is an advantage
• Experienced in handling DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, resolution settings, and compression best practices for digital and social platforms
• Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end production workflows
