About The Role

Tattooing101.com is the world’s largest online tattoo-education platform, serving more than 6,500 students worldwide. From our studio in Ampang, a close-knit team of founders, artists, and designers produces the videos that power our brand and its portfolio of companies. Join us and you’ll work on content viewed by thousands of aspiring tattoo artists every week, enjoy a steady stream of creative projects that sharpen your skills, and have real influence over the look and feel of our channels. This role will NOT require you to be on camera. State of the art Cameras, lighting, and all other equipment will be provided on set so we can create the best content possible.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit 5–7 videos per week for YouTube and Instagram, including cutting, colour grading, audio mixing, and graphics.
• Create compelling thumbnails, titles, and captions, then upload and schedule content.
• Track key YouTube analytics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Assist on set with lighting, sound, and general production tasks.
• Maintain cameras, lenses, and accessories so everything is ready for daily shoots.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Confident camera operator with a strong command of studio and location lighting setups.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Available to work on-site in Ampang five days a week and able to start immediately.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  
  

Preferred Extras

• Experience editing cinematic or short-form documentary footage.
• Experience working growing youtube or Instagram accounts.
• Motion-graphics capability (After Effects or similar).
• A portfolio or personal channel that demonstrates audience growth.
