• Diploma or Degree in Film, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field
• Experience: 1–3 years shooting and editing content for social media, either freelance or within an agency/startup. Experienced in PRODUCT/MARKETING shooting only.
• Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
• Willing to work at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur area (possess own transportation)
• Loves brainstorming in-person or over voice notes
• Experienced in photography is an added advantage
• Able to meet short deadline
• Love to record video/ take photos don’t mind being on camera
• Active on multiple social media platforms familiar with best practices on each platform (do and don’t)
• Monitor and analyze social media content trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Storyboarding & Pre-Production

• Develop concise storyboards and shot lists based on brand personality and campaign objectives
• Plan shoot setups including lighting, framing, and props needed for each video
• Scout or suggest locations and plan execution logistics

Content Shooting

• Use creative techniques like transitions, camera movement, and props to elevate storytelling
• Guide talent on set and provide creative direction when needed
• Edit raw footage into engaging videos optimized for mobile viewing
• Ensure video outputs align with brand aesthetics and maintain high production quality
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to align content with business goals
