Job summary

BROWN EYES PRODUCTION is seeking a creative Videographer to join our operations team. You will record, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for a range of clients, from weddings to government projects.

You will handle on-location shoots, multi-camera live coverage, and post-production using industry-standard software. The role requires at least 1 year of videography experience (portfolio encouraged), proficiency with cameras and supporting gear, a valid on-site vehicle, and flexibility

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year videography experience (portfolio may suffice).
Proficient with video cameras, DSLR/mirrorless, and support gear (gimbal, lights, mic).
Must include portfolio or showreel with application.
Own vehicle for on-location shoots.
Willing to work weekends/irregular hours for events.
Creative, proactive, and able to work in a small team.
Nice-to-have: drone experience (license advantageous).
Nice-to-have: commercial product or sports coverage experience.
Nice-to-have: prior work in a creative agency or studio.

Responsibilities

Design and record videos for weddings, corporate/sports events, product sessions, and drone projects.
Manage multi-camera setups during live coverage.
Edit and color grade using standard software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
Collaborate with photographers and the creative team to ensure BEP branding consistency.
Organize media files, backups, and project structures.
