  • Set visual direction and ensure all content reflects BJAK’s tone, style, and brand identity.

  • Produce visually compelling content — from corporate storytelling to fast‑turnaround social videos.

2. Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw video footage into compelling, polished videos optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to quality, consistency, and delivery timelines.

  • Establish best practices and editing standards to maintain visual coherence across all BJAK content.

  • Ensure all final outputs meet platform specifications and are optimized for engagement and reach.

3. Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to bring ideas to life through strong visual narratives.

  • Provide creative input on visual direction, pacing, and storytelling.

  • Support weekly content production cycles — from short‑form reels to long‑form marketing videos.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver cohesive content campaigns.

4. Workflow & Asset Management

  • Oversee the full production pipeline — from media management and equipment setup to file optimization and export.

  • Maintain organized archives of raw footage, assets, and project files for easy access and reuse.

  • Ensure efficient troubleshooting and execution of editing workflows and proper file backups.

  • Collaborate with other videographers and editors to maintain a consistent editing standard across projects.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay updated on social media video trends, editing tools, and visual effects techniques.
