Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Videographer & Editor to join our content team. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging video content tailored for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as for websites and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through visuals, with a keen eye for trends and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form video content specifically optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute compelling video campaigns.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using advanced editing techniques such as color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Develop visually creative ideas and storytelling formats to keep content fresh and on-trend.
• Ensure all video output aligns with brand guidelines and communicates effectively to the intended target audience.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production quality.
• Maintain organized file structures and project backups for efficient access and revision.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, video platform algorithms, and emerging editing styles.

• Proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative and professional video projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, with awareness of evolving content styles across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Solid knowledge of videography, photography, and end-to-end content creation, from conceptualization to post-production.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to creative challenges and feedback.
• Eager to learn, with a growth mindset and a strong interest in improving craft and staying ahead of content trends.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and projects with consistency and precision.
