We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and fast-paced Videographer cum Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire video production process from conceptualizing and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in professional editing software (Adobe Creative Suite) while also being extremely agile with mobile editing apps (CapCut) for on-the-go, rapid-turnaround social media content.

Key responsibilities

Handle all aspects of video shoots, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording for various projects (social media content, campaigns, corporate videos, etc.)

Edit high-quality, polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and create engaging motion graphics or visual effects using Adobe After Effects

Utilize CapCut (both Desktop and Mobile versions) for quick cuts, trending transitions, and fast-paced editing to ensure immediate uploads for time-sensitive social media content

Design supporting visual assets, video overlays, and eye-catching thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to ensure content is engaging and relevant

Maintain, organize, and care for all camera, audio, and lighting equipment

About you

Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing skills

Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

Strong proficiency in CapCut (Desktop and Mobile app) with ability to execute quick, high-quality edits on your phone for very short turnaround times

Deep understanding of camera settings (DSLR/Mirrorless), framing, lighting techniques, and audio recording

Able to read and speak Chinese for reading scripts, communicating with team members/clients, and editing Chinese-language content

Strong time-management skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and a proactive attitude toward learning new editing trends
