• 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of other video editing and design software will be a plus, as long as quality work is produced.
• Demonstrate solid graphic design skills and understanding of webpage & social media platforms.
• Willing to learn and able to accept criticism and feedback.
• Willingness to learn and develop marketing skills.
• Creative and unafraid to propose breakthrough ideas and follow through.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Portfolio of past work & work experience are the primary determining factors.
• Competitive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Manage timelines and prioritize workload, knowing when to ask for direction.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and software tools to continuously improve skills and enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Create and edit videos for various purposes, such as promotional videos, advertisements, and tutorials.
• Assist the team in developing and executing communications and storyboard plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts and video storyboards that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Be prepared to attend and support company events as a videographer or in another capacity.
• Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms. Select and manipulate images, audio, and video footage to create compelling visuals and cohesive video content.
• Ensure brand consistency by following brand guidelines and maintaining a unified visual style across all designs, videos, and presentations.
• Open to supporting other responsibilities and ad hoc duties.
