Job summary

INTELLIGENT NETWORK TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a video producer to shoot and edit short-form marketing content using smartphones or DSLRs.

You will create product demos, set up scenes, and film talent, delivering polished edits with color correction and subtitles. The role requires 1–3 years of experience or a strong portfolio, proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut, and fluency in Chinese for meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Film Production, Digital Media, Advertising, Photography, or related fields.
• Fluent Chinese in meetings and daily business discussions.
• 1–3 years in short-form video shooting and editing; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Proficient with editing software and cameras; familiarity with TikTok trends.

• Work closely with operations and content teams to deliver video assets on schedule for advertising campaigns and live-streaming activities.
• Organize and maintain the video asset library for easy access and future use.

Job description

Shoot short-form marketing and product videos using smartphones or DSLR cameras, including product demonstrations, scene setup, and talent filming.

Edit video footage independently using professional editing software. Perform cutting, color correction, add effects and subtitles, and ensure engaging pacing and high visual quality.

Monitor TikTok trends and audience feedback to optimize video content, increase views, engagement, and traffic to live-streaming sessions.

Work closely with the operations and content teams to deliver video assets on schedule for advertising campaigns and live-streaming activities.

Organize and maintain the video asset library for easy access and future use.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above. Candidates with backgrounds in Film Production, Digital Media, Advertising, Photography, or related fields are preferred.

Fluent spoken Chinese is required. Must be able to understand and communicate clearly in Chinese during meetings and daily business discussions.

1–3 years of experience in short-form video shooting and editing. Experience producing e-commerce or product marketing videos is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong skills and portfolios are also welcome.

Proficient in at least one video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro (PR) or CapCut. Familiar with cameras, lighting equipment, and basic filming techniques.

Familiar with TikTok content trends, platform guidelines, and short-video production. Strong sense of trending topics and audience preferences.

Good communication and teamwork skills, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must provide a portfolio of filmed and edited videos during the interview.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly salary: RM 3,000–RM 4,000, negotiable based on experience and skills.

Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off).

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).
