Job summary

Castlery is hiring a Video Editor & Motion Designer in Johor Bahru to craft engaging video content for social, ads, campaigns and product launches. You will turn raw footage into platform-native content with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling, while bringing Castlery’s products to life through editing, motion and typography.

You’ll adapt creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google and Castlery.com, contribute ideas and storyboards, and explore AI tools to improve quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in video editing, motion design or digital content.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong eye for storytelling, colour, composition, typography and pacing.
• Understanding of social media to create scroll-stopping content.
• Ability to balance creative with product selling points.
• Curious, proactive, organized and open to feedback.
• Strong portfolio/showreel.
