Job summary

BJAK is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join the Marketing team. Transform raw footage into engaging, on-brand videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS), with strong storytelling and tight deadlines.

You will collaborate with the Videographer, Creative, and Social Media teams, handle color, sound, motion graphics, and subtitling, and ensure outputs meet platform specs while maintaining a consistent editing standard.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in video editing or related creative production.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (or equivalent tools).
A portfolio or showreel showcasing editing work is required.

Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into compelling, polished videos optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling to enhance overall video quality.
Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all content.
Collaborate with the Videographer, Creative, and Social Media teams to bring storyboards and concepts to life.
