Job summary

Create Value Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on video producer and content creator to support video shoots, edit short and long-form content, and manage social media accounts.

The role requires a 1–2 year track record in video production or related fields, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work with senior leadership. Fresh graduates with a compelling portfolio are welcome.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of video work is required.
• 1–2 years in video production, content creation, or social media management.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Video production & editing for interviews, vlogs, demos and events.
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form YouTube/TikTok/IG videos.
• Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, music for viewer engagement.
• Plan, shoot, and maintain video equipment and studio setup.
• Social media management across YouTube, IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn.
• Write captions, hashtags, and platform-specific copy.
• Monitor comments and DMs; respond on behalf of the brand.
• Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Stay updated with trends and propose new ideas.
• PA duties: manage CEO calendar, emails, events, and daily ops.
