Vice President, Digital Innovation And Design
Lead the ideation, research, design, development, and launch of digital products.
Establish product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy.
Drive product strategies to build value-adding experiences for end users.
Understand user needs and utilize data to ensure constant product iteration and enhance product stickiness and roadmap.
Create and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
Own project-level KPIs, measuring progress towards the KPIs.
Manage team goals, project timelines, and delivery dates while ensuring proper allocation of resources and budgets within the team.

Knowledge
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile Scrum Methodology
- Knowledge in Java, .NET, React Native/JS, and contemporary system design
- Expertise in designing and building both on-premises and cloud solutions
- Good knowledge of banking products, competitor offerings, and market needs
- Proficiency in system design principles, conceptualization, prototyping, user engagement, and mobility
Experience
- Degree in related fields
- Three or more years of experience in user experience software development, web applications leveraging emergent technologies, consumer electronics, and/or mobile devices
- At least 10 years in relevant business, technology, and/or digital commerce
