Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Strategy & Governance Consultant to help global clients define data strategies and modernize data platforms. You will build governance frameworks, enable secure and compliant data ecosystems, and translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions across industries.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive transformation, design operating models, and support value realization through data initiatives and governance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related.
• 5 to 8 years in data strategy, governance, management, or data architecture consulting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience designing or assessing modern data platforms and cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and data risk management incl. GDPR/PDPA.
• Analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state data landscapes, architecture, operating models and business needs.
• Conduct data maturity and platform assessments for scalability, security and alignment.
• Design target-state architectures including data lakehouse, data mesh, data fabric.
• Develop roadmaps and migration strategies to support long-term objectives.
• Partner with data engineering, analytics, architecture and business teams to execute.
