A leading company in Capital Markets is seeking a professional to manage and develop a credit team to handle corporate lending relations. The role involves stakeholder management and ensuring compliance with credit processes, making significant contributions towards business growth and team development.
Job Summary
You will manage and develop a team of credit professionals responsible for a portfolio of credit relationships. You will provide administrative oversight and foster relationships with key internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, Corporate Banking (CB), Group Risk Management (GRM), Global Markets (GM), Internal Audit, and other teams, to support the growth of RBC Capital Markets' loan book and trading business.

Responsible for managing multinational and large corporate lending relationships, including:
Coaching & Team Management: Develop and coach credit professionals, provide feedback, and stay updated on policies and industry trends.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate across time zones to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
Other Responsibilities: Presentations, reporting, and process reviews to foster continuous improvement.
