About the Company:

Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) is a Malaysian Federal Government statutory body tasked with regulating and driving stakeholders in both public and private sectors towards developing Iskandar Malaysia into a strong and sustainable metropolis of international standing.

Overall Accountability:

Lead the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives to enhance visibility, relevance, and long-term brand equity. Shape and elevate the organization's brand presence through compelling storytelling, impactful partnerships, and integrated activations. Develop engaging content that advances organizational objectives and fosters stakeholder engagement. Produce executive communications, including speeches, thought leadership, and key messaging, while drafting media releases and statements aligned with the organization's communication strategy.

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Brand Management, or Journalism.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in these fields.
  • Proven success in leading brand strategy and integrated campaigns at organizational or corporate levels.
  • Experience in speechwriting, media handling, and public messaging is a strong advantage.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a solid understanding of brand development and campaign execution.
