OSK Capital Finance is looking for a Vice President to service our corporate and commercial clients.

This role will be responsible for the business development and marketing activities for all products and services and for expanding our client base through effective marketing strategies and plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Building and maintaining relationships with corporate and commercial customers, and originating loans for them.
2. Preparing credit papers and presenting them to the credit committee for approval.
3. Overseeing all aspects of the loan process, from credit recommendation and disbursement to loan monitoring and collections.
4. Collaborating closely with Credit and Operations teams.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate and commercial lending origination (business development) in banking or non-bank institutions.
3. Experience in drafting credit proposals.
4. A proactive attitude with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
