Job Description:

Provides (technical) support and assistance in physical performance of the farm:

• Diagnose and treat animal health issues, perform vaccinations (e.g., rabies, leptospirosis), and minor surgeries
• Prescribe medication and treat wounds
• Advise animal owners on nutrition, breeding, and behavior
• Operate medical equipment (e.g., stethoscope, ultrasound, microscope)
• Inspect animals for diseases before milk processing
• Oversee daily farm operations and recommend improvements
• Audit operational practices to ensure compliance
• Source reliable and cost-effective suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare daily operational reports, monthly improvement reports, and project updates
• Support third-party audits and external reporting
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Participate in company activities and initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in animal healthcare or farm veterinary operations
• Skilled in diagnosing and treating animal health issues, performing vaccinations and minor surgeries
• Familiar with medical equipment (e.g. ultrasound, microscope, surgical tools)
• Knowledge of animal nutrition, breeding, and behavior management
• Able to review farm operations, ensure compliance, and suggest improvements
• Experience in sourcing farm suppliers and handling operational reporting
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to support company activities
• Willing to comply with farm policies, SOPs, and external reporting standards
