Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Veterinarian for a well-established veterinary organization based in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, the Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of animal illnesses and injuries, performing surgeries, providing preventive care, and educating pet owners on maintaining proper pet health.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various animal illnesses and injuries.
• Perform surgeries and medical procedures as necessary.
• Provide preventive care to ensure long-term animal health and wellness.
• Educate pet owners on the proper care and health maintenance of their pets.
• Develop treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
• Collaborate with other veterinary staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
• Proficient in diagnosing and treating animal illnesses and injuries.
• Experience in performing surgeries and medical procedures.
• Strong knowledge of preventive care and health promotion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience in small animal medicine is a plus.
