Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Master Data/Finance professional to own the global vendor master data environment, ensuring accuracy and compliant changes across the organization.

You will support the global vendor master data strategy, identify improvements, and collaborate with regional teams to drive performance through SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Finance experience with global/regional master data exposure.
• Experience in large multinational organizations.
• Proficiency with JDE ERP is preferred.
• Strong internal controls knowledge.
• Experience implementing master data processes and KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate and drive execution across the global organization.
• Ability to act as a change agent and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the global vendor master data environment, and activities associated with Vendor Master creation, changes and deactivations are performed according to Baxter’s established standards


• Support implementation of Baxter’s global vendor master data strategy, standards, and improvement plans


• Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years Finance experience, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience across Global / Regional master data management


• Management experience in a large multinational organization


• Experience with JDE ERP platform preferred


• Internal controls experience


• Experience in best practice master data processes and demonstrated experience managing performance through service level agreements and KPIs


• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the organization on a global basis


• Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent


• Knowledge of, and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and their supporting policies and procedures organization wide
