Responsibilities
  • Retrieve necessary records and documents based on assigned tasks.
  • Place orders with vendors for required records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of received documents.
  • Organize, file, and maintain documents systematically.
  • Update internal systems to track the progress and status of record retrievals.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle language-specific documentation, including reading and writing in Chinese.
  • Proactively address delays or issues by coordinating with the VM Manager.
Qualifications
  • Higher Diploma or above, with at least 1 year of experience in due diligence, audit, compliance, financial institutions, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese (required).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive and reliable in meeting deadlines.
