Job summary

A leading logistics company in Selangor is looking for individuals to manage parcel delivery and receiving operations. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and secure delivery of parcels and managing customer interactions. Candidates should hold at least an SPM, possess a valid driving license, and have their own van. Previous experience in a logistics role is advantageous. This position requires 6 working days and 1 day off weekly.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driving license (GDL/E).
• Possess your own van (company van is also available).
• Working experience of receiving and delivering parcels in Logistics industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery and receiving parcels in assigned area according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Deliver parcels in perfect condition, not broken or damaged and on time.
• Contact customers to arrange pickup and delivery of parcels, manage customer payment of transportation (Cash on Delivery) and send to supervisor or cashier.
• Verify and check the receiving-delivering process to be completed via the Flash Kit system.
• Perform other tasks by order of the supervisor.
