Job summary

A leading logistics service provider in Malaysia is seeking delivery personnel to efficiently deliver parcels while ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must hold at least an SPM certificate, possess a valid driving license, and have their own transportation. Experience in logistics is a plus. The job requires working six days a week with one rest day.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driving license (B2/B, D, GDL).
• Must have own transportation (Bike, Car, or Van).
• Experience in receiving and delivering parcels is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels in assigned area according to SOP.
• Contact customers to manage delivery appointments.
• Verify the delivery process via the Flash Kit system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels in assigned area according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP); ensure parcels are delivered in perfect condition, on time, and not damaged.
• Contact customers to arrange pick-up and delivery appointments, manage Cash on Delivery payments, and report to supervisor or cashier.
• Verify and check the receiving-delivery process is completed via the Flash Kit system.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• SPM holder or above.
• Valid driving license (B2/B, D, GDL).
• Possess own transportation (Bike, Car, or Van).
• Experience in receiving and delivering parcels in the logistics industry is an advantage.
• Working time: 6 days with 1 off day.
