Job summary

A valuation and consultancy firm in Penang seeks a Valuation Executive to source new clients and maintain relationships. Responsibilities include conducting cold calls, market research, and preparing proposals. Candidates should have a degree in Estate/Property Management focused on Valuation, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin preferred. This role offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork and independence are valued.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of related experience.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Possess own transportation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing of new clients and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting to enhance business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and documentations for Valuation projects.

Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Job Responsibilities
  • Sourcing of new clients and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting of different parties to enhance business
  • Conduct relevant market research and help in coordinating all marketing communications in relation to Valuation projects
  • Assist on preparation of proposals and other documentations required
  • Assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspections, valuation workings and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
  • Work alongside with HQ, Selangor Office to expand business opportunity
Job Requirements
  • At least two (2) year of related experience
  • Possess a Degree in Estate / Property Management with a focus on Valuation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and any other marketing software
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent communication and people skills with positive attitude
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
