In line with our growth, we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Valuation Manager at our Johor office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for planning, implementation, operations, supervision and business development of the valuation department.
Train and supervise valuers to ensure all valuation tasks are carried out properly in accordance with the Malaysian Valuation Standards.
Attend to all enquiries and deliverables to clients promptly and professionally.
Conduct periodic reviews of the department’s performance.
REQUIREMENT
Applicants must be a Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP).
Those who have sat or are scheduled to sit for the Test of Professional Competence for Valuers set by the BOVAEP in 2024 are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in valuation and other related fields.
High-level of integrity and professionalism.
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both oral and written.
