Valuation Executive / Senior Valuation Executive

Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports.

Liaison with bankers, clients, and relevant parties.

Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports.

Provide regular updates on specific property sectors.

Undertake market surveys, feasibility studies, and other relevant surveys.

Provide advisory services.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Degree in Real Estate Management, Land Economy, Economics, Business, Town Planning, or other related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in valuation and/or other property research is an added advantage.

Good analytical and writing skills with a strong command of the English language.

Knowledge of publication software is an added advantage.
