Job summary

A leading property valuation company in Sibu is seeking a Valuation Executive to conduct inspections and prepare valuation reports. The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications in property valuation or related fields and have good interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided.

Requirements:

Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.

Possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Property Valuation or Estate Management or equivalent.

Candidates with Diploma/Degree in other related fields are also encouraged to apply.Such fields are Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Construction, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics or Engineering.

Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.

Responsible and committed to meeting deadlines.

Must possess a driving licence and be willing to drive.

Remunerations shall be based on experience and qualification. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
