Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct valuation and prepare valuation reports of properties.
- Perform thorough inspection of the properties to be valued.
- Ensure that the properties inspected comply with relevant guidelines and legal requirements, and conduct enquiries with government bodies or authorities as needed.
- Assess market value supported by comparable market transactions and other pertinent information.
- Maintain strong customer service relationships with business partners, including banks and corporate clients.
- Stay informed of property market movements and developments, including construction industry trends and competitor activity.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Superior or Directors of the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Valuation, Property Management, Real Estate, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a positive attitude.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
