Responsibilities include:

• Assist in preparing property valuation reports, data collection, and analysis
• Conduct site inspections and gather relevant property information
• Support the development of valuation models and calculations
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the valuation process

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in property valuation or a related field (training provided if inexperienced)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid Malaysian driving license
