Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design and improve the user experience across our digital platforms. The role is responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, technical skill with a deep understanding of usability principles to create seamless and engaging digital experiences that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and digital applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions
• Design and deliver user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process
• Analyze user requirements and behavior to design user-friendly interfaces
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand consistency across all digital products
• Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience as UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Bachelor Degree or above in Multimedia Design, Web Design or related field
• Language: English & Mandarin. Mandarin speakers are highly preferred to work with Chinese stakeholders
• Short notice period or immediate join preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design and user interface projects
