Qualifications

• 5-8 ans d'expérience en UX/UI, de préférence dans les services financiers.
• Proficience avec des outils de design et de prototypage.
• Expérience en recherche utilisateur et participation à des sprints de conception.

UX/UI Designer

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead user experience design thinking and develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies using the latest trends and methodologies, including user testing.

You should be an independent thinker, able to empathize with customers and visualize business opportunities to demonstrate customer value. Your goal will be to collaborate with business teams to create impactful designs that embody our customer-centric vision across our channels.

You will demonstrate high-quality design practices, conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex problems, and illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visualize complex information in simple, effective designs across channels and touchpoints
• Participate in diverse design projects from concept to completion
• Understand project requirements and produce engaging design solutions
• Develop UI mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate site functionality
• Create final design assets such as banners, interfaces, presentations, and infographics
• Pitch creative ideas to enhance projects
• Collaborate with team members to implement designs
• Support multiple projects with special design tasks
• Lead design discussions and workshops with users and stakeholders from business, tech, and marketing
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain customer insights
• Design user experiences and customer journeys as needed
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to translate customer needs into prototypes

Your skills and experience:

• 5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI, preferably in financial services
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, InVision), graphic editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), and user journey tools (e.g., Miro, Mural)
• Experience with sprint participation, prototyping, and design thinking methodologies
