Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report any incidents or unsafe work practices to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Update and maintain production line documents (IC, PVC Checklist & SPL).
• Participate and cooperate in continuous improvement activities to enhance work processes.
• Maintain self-discipline and comply with company rules as stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Assist in inventory management of tools and fixtures, including calibration and preventive maintenance (PM).
• Control and update the inventory of Golden Samples.
• Manage and maintain asset records, including receiving, inventory updates, and asset disposal.
• Monitor and update staff attendance records accurately.
• Provide tagging and labeling for company assets and workplace signage.
• Perform any other duties or special tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in document handling and control.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent) are an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
