Key Responsibilities:
- Work on various themes and new impactful projects that address energy transition issues, e.g., coal-to-clean transition, adoption of green energy, hydrogen, energy storage, CCUS, EV, etc.
- Manage, deliver, and oversee client projects of varying complexity, from inception to completion, including understanding and scoping client requirements.
- Estimate efforts and prepare work plans with timelines.
- Lead problem-solving efforts.
- Prepare high-quality presentations (PPT) for CXOs and other key stakeholders on the client side.
- Manage analysis, research, and quality assurance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Full-time graduation.
- A Master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in consulting related to technology advisory, management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience in the Utilities industry.
- Desirable energy transition knowledge, including fossil fuel phase-out, renewable energy implementation, heat decarbonization, hydrogen, and associated business models.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships for continuous work streams.
- Proven ability to work in small teams and deliver high-quality consulting projects in the energy transition space.
- Proven domain experience in electricity, gas, or water utilities.
- Excellent strategic problem-solving skills and solution development.
- Excellent project management and delivery skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to lead discussions, present to top management, and prepare high-quality presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex team environment, take initiative, and deliver projects independently when required.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
