Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• The role requires 7+ years in software implementation, user adoption or training.
• Experience with off-the-shelf software adoption is essential.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms such as SAP WalkMe is preferred.

• Develop and execute an adoption strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify user personas and tailor onboarding experiences.
• Build and manage champion networks across locations.
• Design and optimize user journeys to minimize friction.
