Position Summary
The User Access Management Engineer at Allianz Technology Malaysia, Regional Delivery Center (RDC), is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of User Access Management (UAM). This includes process execution, documentation, workflows monitoring, and completing tasks within the service level agreement (SLA).
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IAM solutions (OneIdentity or SailPoint) for our customers, including IAM platforms, SSO, and MFA.
- Perform regular reviews and updates to ensure the ongoing efficiency of deployed IAM solutions.
- Administer IAM solutions, including incorporating new services within multi-cloud environments.
- Work in an ITIL environment, responding to and executing requests within SLA.
- Implement Identity solutions using platforms such as OneIdentity, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, or SailPoint.
- Experience with Microsystems, Oracle IAM, NetIQ, Tivoli, etc. Knowledge of SCIM is a plus.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM to ensure security standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the team to design, enforce, and implement enhancements to address evolving IAM security threats and technological advancements, aligned with group and regulatory standards.
- Lead, participate in, and complete various IT security projects and issue resolutions as needed.
- Perform periodic User Access Reviews (UAR).
- Perform other duties as necessary and complete projects related to various issues.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and practices.
- 1-3 years' experience with IAM platforms such as OneIdentity or SailPoint.
- Experience with IAM tools like Ping, Okta, or similar is preferred.
- Practical experience with OAuth and SAML protocols.
- Knowledge of federation standards such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect. Experience with AD scripting and PowerShell is advantageous.
- Previous experience with .NET programming is highly regarded.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AD tools like Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, GPO, etc.
- Degree in IT-related field; certifications like ITIL, CEH, CISSP are a plus.
