A Senior Finance Manager (AP & AR) to support the US region.

Client Details

A leading Global MNC.

Description

To assist in the performance of the financial activities of the organization with responsibility for the day-to-day activities of your team:

• Responsible for the day-to-day activities of your team
• Assist with monitoring the performance of the organization
• Assist in the preparation of team KPIs and ensure the team meets their KPIs
• Assist in managing all accounting procedures and systems used by the organization
• Participate in assessing team-related performance issues
• Review reports, analyze projections of invoices, and compare processes against actual figures, suggesting methods to improve the planning process
• Ensure the smooth running of the team
• Contribute to the training and development of the team
• Comply with all financial and legal requirements, responsibilities, and obligations

Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 7 years of experience in AP & AR processes within the Shared Services industry
• Experience using Oracle R12, Oracle BI, and Finance & Accounting systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, independent, proactive, with good problem-solving skills
• Experience with Blackline reconciliation is a plus
