A leading company in talent acquisition seeks a Junior Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in various administrative tasks. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills with 2-3 years of relevant experience. This opportunity offers a monthly salary of up to RM5K in a vibrant HR consulting environment.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director & the general office including drafting correspondence, taking minutes and general office administration.
Manage the Managing Director's diary and schedule, including coordinating and arranging meetings and travels.
Organize and maintain the Managing Director and HR confidential filing systems.
Act as a point of contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
