A leading trading company is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage and oversee a full set of accounts while ensuring compliance and accuracy. This role involves preparing financial statements, liaising with auditors, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll and taxation, with knowledge of accounting software being a preference.
Handle full set of accounts and accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with current accounting practice
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Preparing monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other financial reports
Ensure proper maintenance of record, documentation and filling to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
Liaise with auditor, tax agent, COSEC, and others company related matters
Prepare monthly payroll
Perform ad hoc assignment which required by the management and/or superior.
Knowledge of SQL Account System will be a preference
